Evolis Properties is a mixed-use property investment vehicle, wholly owned by CIEL Group (www.cielgroup.com), with a portfolio of prime properties in Mauritius valued at approximately MUR  2 billion.

With a gross lettable area of 72,000 m² consisting of premium offices, industrial, retail, warehousing facilities and an additional 69,000 m² of lands earmarked for future development, the company aims to consolidate its current positioning by focusing on the regeneration of the Group’s industrial buildings and creating distinctive offerings that meet the needs of an ever-evolving generation of economic and social actors.
